ESP Group, a leading contact centre, technology and production partner, proudly announces the appointment of four accomplished female professionals to its Board of Directors. This strategic move is designed to leverage the exceptional experience, skills, and vision that these individuals bring to the table.
The new members, who have now also been made shareholders of the ESP Group Board are:
– Stacey Cunningham- Chief Finance Officer
– Ashley Meston – Chief Operating Officer

Stacey, Ashley, Julie and Kerri will join existing board members Theresa Lawson (CEO), Iain Lawson (Director), and Kira Wishart (Operations Manager), who formed the board upon Theresa’s acquisition of the ESP Group last year.
The new members expressed their excitement about joining the board:
“When I joined the business in 2007 as a Customer Service Advisor, little did I think I would be here 17 years on, never mind taking up a spot on the board. ESP is a fantastic organisation to be part of and I’m beyond excited to see what we can achieve over the coming years. With the amazing team we have, anything is possible!” (Ashley Meston, COO).
“I am very grateful and excited to become a board member of The ESP group. It is truly an honour and a privilege to have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the business” (Stacey Cunningham, CFO).

“My ten years with The ESP Group have been full of both personal and professional growth & I’m so proud to have been offered this opportunity now. I look forward to continuing to work alongside this talented and inspirational team & to being a part of the ongoing success of The ESP Group.’ (Kerri Price, CHRO)”
ESP Group’s CEO, Theresa Lawson, expressed her enthusiasm for the new additions, saying, “I am honoured and grateful that Stacey, Ashley, Julie, and Kerri have agreed to join me on the board. Their wealth of experience, proven skills, and visionary outlook will undoubtedly propel our business to unprecedented heights. With their guidance and support, we aim to unlock untapped potential, foster innovation, and navigate towards a future of unparalleled success and growth.”
The appointment of these highly skilled professionals underscores ESP Group’s commitment to assembling a board with diverse expertise and a shared vision for the company’s future. Each new member has been with the ESP Group for a number of years, bringing with them a unique set of skills and experiences that align with ESP Group’s strategic goals.
With this strengthened leadership team, ESP Group is well-positioned to capitalise on emerging opportunities, drive innovation, and ensure sustained growth. This comes at an exciting time for the ESP Group, having recently invested £1.5m in new technology aimed at creating the best experience for customers and employees, and having secured some significant new contracts with Transport for London and Transport for Wales. The company is also looking to recruit 150 new full-time positions across the next 12 months, and are well on track to exceed their first year forecasted targets.
