Arbroath-based ESP Group is celebrating after winning the Service Award, sponsored by Walker Luxury Jeweller, at the Courier Business Awards 2026, its fourth Courier Business Award in a row.
The award was presented at a ceremony at Dundee’s Apex City Quay Hotel on Friday 30 October, bringing together businesses from across the region to celebrate their achievements.
ESP Group provides customer experience, technology and fulfilment services, helping organisations manage everything from customer enquiries and back-office administration to smartcard production and software development.
The win continues a strong run for the business at the Courier Business Awards. ESP Group won the Leader award for Theresa Lawson in 2023, the Service Award in 2024 and Employer of the Year in 2025, making this its fourth consecutive year of recognition at the awards. It is an achievement the team is particularly proud of, given the phenomenal talent on show across the region each year.
Kira Wishart, Head of Operations at The ESP Group, said: “We are absolutely delighted to receive the Service Award. Our teams put so much care and effort into supporting our clients and their customers every day, so this is a proud moment for everyone at ESP.
“Our clients trust us to look after their customers, and that is a responsibility we take seriously. This award recognises the care, commitment and hard work our colleagues bring to that every day.
“To follow last year’s Employer of the Year award with recognition for our service makes this particularly special. Thank you to our colleagues, our clients and partners, and to Walker Luxury Jeweller for sponsoring the category. Congratulations also to all the finalists and winners.”
The award adds to a period of progress for ESP Group, which continues to invest in its people, technology and services to support clients across the public and private sectors.
