Welcome to the Contact Centre Academy, where passion for customer service is the key to unlocking your career potential. In partnership with D&A College, Angus Council, and the ESP Group, this 4-week programme is designed for individuals who are currently unemployed with a genuine desire to work hard and provide excellent service.
About the Academy:
Discover a transformative curriculum covering technical and meta skills in a simulated work environment. From 19th February to 15th March, we invite passionate individuals to join us on a journey of skill-building and personal growth, with those who complete the course guaranteed an interview with the ESP Group.

The Contact Centre is open to those who are currently unemployed. No experience is required – just bring your enthusiasm and commitment to hard work.
