The ESP Group is proud to announce the renewal of its longstanding partnership with Transport for London (TfL). This contract represents the continuation of ESP Group’s leadership in transport card services and demonstrates continued commitment to growth and service excellence.
Partnership with Transport for London (TfL)
For nearly two decades, ESP Group has been a trusted provider to TfL, delivering Oyster contact handling and card fulfilment services. This summer marks the 19th anniversary of their collaboration, and the ESP Group is pleased to continue this vital relationship for another four years, with the opportunity for two one-year extensions.
The ESP Group’s success in what was a highly competitive tender process reinforces its leading role in the transport sector. The company has been awarded both lots of the contract, meaning they will be responsible for managing over half a million Oyster-related contacts across multiple channels and fulfilling more than 115,000 Oyster cards annually.
“After nearly two decades of successful collaboration, we are excited to continue our partnership with TfL,” said Ashley Meston, CEO at ESP Group. “This contract is a testament to our expertise and commitment to delivering efficient, secure, and high-quality services for one of the world’s largest transport networks.”
Fola Olafare, Customer Service Delivery Manager at Transport for London, said: “As one of the world’s first smartcard payment systems, launched in 2003, the Oyster card has changed how we all travel around the capital. We are proud to provide customers with a reliable, consistent and caring contact centre service and this contract, and our relationship with Journeycall, will enable us to continue to provide excellent customer service to our Oyster customers while also finding ways to build on the great work we’ve achieved to date.”
